Scheduling a ride to Park City Hospital and Summit County Health Department Round Valley Office

High Valley Transit, Micro

After you book a ride, the app will display the pickup location where the vehicle will meet you. When making a phone booking, the customer service agent will inform you of the pick-up location. Passengers with disabilities will be picked up directly outside their origin and taken to their destination.

Requesting a ride using the High Valley Transit Mobile App: 

• Search “High Valley Transit” in the App Store or Google Play store and tap the download icon.  
• Open the app, press Get Started and enter your personal info.
• Create an account. 
• Book a ride. Enter your pickup and dropoff addresses and choose the ride option that works for you.
• Meet your driver. Check the app to find out exactly where to meet the vehicle, which may be a short walk from the address you gave us.

Most passengers wait between 5 to 15 minutes, although during busy times, wait times may be slightly longer.

Micro — short for microtransit — works like a minibus that comes when you want, where you want. Instead of waiting at a bus stop, get picked up and dropped off steps from where you’re going.

You want “Hospital and People’s Health Clinic Zone” for pick-up/drop-off at Park City Hospital or Summit County Health Department/People’s Health Clinic. Drop-off/pick-up at stops 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10.

Once a ride request is received, a Park City Transit vehicle will arrive no more than 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time. Rides are completed on a time and space-available basis, so wait times may vary. 

To guarantee pickup within 15 minutes of the requested time, request your ride at least one hour in advance.
