Applications for the Summit County Health Department Dog Variance Permit are now being accepted. Permit requests can be submitted to the Health Department. From there, appointments with individual establishments will be scheduled and permit reviews conducted. The permit fee is $300 per year.

Establishments are encouraged to look over the permit requirements before submitting their application.
