Everyone who lives within a 2-mile radius of the hotspot locations qualifies for testing as part of the high-risk population. Even those who are asymptomatic.

Residents in the North & South Summit areas do not need to adhere to the 2-mile testing radius limit.

If you have been prescreened at the COVID-19 Hotline, 844.442.5224, the actual test takes about 5 minutes. If you are a walk-in patient who still needs the screening the entire process takes closer to 15 minutes.

Yes! We want EVERYONE in the hotspot locations to be tested. The ONLY exception is that patients under 2 years MUST be evaluated by a physician directly and cannot be tested at our curbside, drive thru, or mobile testing sites. Please consult with your primary care provider or pediatrician to test those younger than 2 years.

Do I need to bring ID or any other information?/ ¿Necesito mi identificación o alguna otra información?

If you have been screened you will be asked for first and last Name and date of birth to continue with the testing.

If you have not prescreened or registered prior to arrival, you will be asked to provide basic registration information (Name, DOB, Address, Phone number for results, Insurance if you have it, SSN if you have it).
